Shipping

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

• Shipping by express courier
• (where applicable) Free delivery within a 15km radius of our warehouse in CAP 27029 Vigevano (PV)

Shipping costs
Express courier delivery in 4/5 working days* EUR 6.90 VAT included

*For Basilicata, Campagna, Calabria, Puglia and the Islands or particularly remote areas, delivery may take a few more days.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing the courier's contact details and tracking information for your purchase.

Shipments take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

You cannot choose the delivery time or day, so it's best to specify an address with a concierge or where someone is always present on weekdays. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second delivery attempt.

Your package will then be stored at the nearest warehouse, as indicated on the notice left by the courier.

After ten days of storage, the package returns to the La Madia warehouses.

We recommend that you always check the integrity of the package before accepting it.

Each package is sealed with our branded tape. If the tape has been replaced or if tampering is evident, we recommend you return it and sign the receipt with a "Retention of Liability" and specify the reason.
